If you answered yes to all previous questions, than IYNF might have an opportunity for you! Currently we are searching for up to 10 trainers to re-fill the IYNF Pool of Trainers.

What is the IYNF Pool of Trainers like?

  • The group of trainers regularly co-operate with the IYNF Secretariat regarding organization of international activities
  • Its members are actively involved as facilitators or trainers of all IYNF international activities
  • They are able to attend training for trainers as representatives of IYNF
  • IYNF pledges to provide them with organizational support in case they want to organize their own activity under the IYNF flag
  • The members of the pool also have an advantage to be selected as participants of the IYNF international activities, especially training courses related to their role of trainers

To be involved as a trainer at IYNF doesn’t mean a full time occupation, but IYNF can offer occasional jobs and give you space for self-development and realization of your ideas. It can mean a good start-up or completion of your career as a free-lance trainer.

Who is IYNF looking for?

We are looking for trainers at two levels – seniors to train or facilitate the full activities and also their assistants at a junior level, who would like to learn and further develop themselves.

Requirements for a senior trainer:

  • ability to run the full training course or to facilitate an international activity in English
  • willingness to prepare the programme of the international activities in cooperation with IYNF Secretariat and/or Presidium
  • ability to be involved in all steps of the training process
  • ability to bear full responsibility for the educational process
  • sufficient experience with running international activities, which were held in English and in intercultural settings (as a trainer or facilitator)
  • compliance with the main values of IYNF
  • willingness to stay involved
  • membership in one of IYNF member or partner organization isn’t a must, but a big advantage

Requirements for a junior trainer:

  • ability to facilitate shorter working sessions
  • fluency in English
  • willingness to assist the senior trainers and IYNF Secretariat and Presidium to prepare the programme of the international activities
  • experience with international activities, preferably as co-facilitator or co-organizer
  • motivation to learn and develop personal skills related to training and facilitation
  • compliance with the main values of IYNF
  • willingness to stay involved
  • membership in one of IYNF member or partner organization isn’t a must, but a big advantage

IYNF would like to dedicate some space on the official website to the IYNF Pool of Trainers. The trainers would have a chance to publish their short profiles, specializations and desires for co-operation. This tool would enable the member and partner organization to contact them regarding international activities and strengthen the cooperation within the network.
