We are proud to announce the winners of the IYNF Photographic contest “IYNF Year of Action for Change: What is your Pledge?”.
And the winners are… a group of young activists from the Austrian village of Riedau who pledge to provide themselves with 30% of all their vegetables this year from self grown vegetables from their garden.
“30% is already tough if you imagine how much vegetables we consume during the whole year. So let’s see”
Well, we do hope to see, and we keep our fingers crossed for those inspiring young environmentalists.
The prizes in this contest were sponsored by the Austrian Young Naturefriends and include a place in any training offered by the Austrian Young Naturefriends Outdoor Academy,
From experiential education, trend sports, outdoor education to media work, from slacklining to geocaching – these trainings are meant for everybody who wants to offer attractive activities to youth – youth workers, outdoor sport instructors or local Naturefriends. In this diverse program, everybody can find something interesting and inspiring. You can browse the entire brochure by clicking here.
