Do you want to get the right skills for resolving conflicts and become successful mediators?

Then Pact for Impact II: Conflicts & Solutions might be just the right training for you!              
You will: 

  • Gain insights into the theory of conflicts and to analyze one’s own behavior in conflict situations;
  • Learn techniques of moderation, mediation of conflicts and consultation;
  • Analyze concrete examples and practice consultations.

This activity is the continuation of the training course Pact for Impact I: Communication and Action, and you will continue working on a set of argumentation cards — practical tools to help you confidently engage in debates and discussions on issues that matter the most.

Where and when?

  • Chalet du Schafbach, la Petite Rosselle, Forbach (France)
  • May 05th till 10th 2025 (please plan to one or two days prior to the start date depending on where you are from)

Who?  

  • 16–30 years from Austria, Belgium, Germany, Italy, France, Greece, Finland and the Netherlands.
  • Motivated young people, youth leaders and youth workers involved in youth organisations, or political activism who have existent knowledge on communication and on volunteers management and are ready to deepen their skills and make a difference.
  • good level of English language is required to follow this course. 

How much does it cost? 

Participation fee: 50€ for members and 75€-100€ for non-members (please contact us if you have economic constraints), food (vegetarian or vegan) and accommodation is included. Travel costs will be reimbursed and to be eligible for reimbursement you must attend 100% of the training course!

One of the goals of IYNF is to reduce the ecological impact of mobilities, therefore participants will be required to use green means of travel (train, bus, etc..), which means you should consider the need for travel days before applying. Flying will only be allowed from remote destinations where no sustainable means of transportation are available and only if approved by IYNF.
